We currently only deliver goods to addresses within the geographical limits of the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to overseas addresses. Any order made on our website with a delivery address that does not meet these conditions will be cancelled.
We do not charge for delivery of any order, no matter how small its value, where the delivery address is located within the geographical limits of the mainland of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales). Addresses in Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and other remote areas of the United Kingdom attract a delivery charge of £7.
Every effort is made to despatch orders on the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays, provided items are in stock. However despatch of orders received after 2pm may be delayed to the following working day.
We do our best to ensure our online inventory is up-to-date and accurate, however in the unlikely event that an ordered product is unavailable we will contact you to discuss the options.
Typically orders are delivered next working day, though on rare occasions, due to delays experienced by our third party couriers, orders may take up to 3 days to be delivered.
We primarily despatch orders via DPD, though on occasion may use alternative couriers. As soon as our courier has confirmed your orders' tracking number this will be provided to you and you should be able to track your package through https://track.aftership.com/.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times as this is entirely down to the courier.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you change your mind about any item(s), for any reason, within 30 days of your order you can return any item, at your own cost, for a full refund or exchange (additional charges may apply if replacement item(s) are more expensive). It is a condition of this policy that items are returned in their original manufacturers packaging containing all the original contents. Please, therefore, ensure you retain all packaging and inserts for the entire 30 day returns period.
Where an item(s) has been delivered incorrectly or in a defective or damaged state you should notify us promptly, and within 7 days of delivery, of the issue. Where accepted we will cover the costs of the agreed return shipping method. Dependent on the nature of the return we may need to inspect the item(s) before we can confirm acceptance of these shipping costs.
No matter the reason for return it is your responsibility to ensure all items are suitably packaged, to avoid any/further damage during their return to us, and, unless we agree to supply you with a pre-paid mailing label, are sent via a trackable and insured courier to the returns address we provide. With the exception of any prepaid service, provided by us, we accept no liability for packages lost or damaged during transit.
Replacement item(s) will be despatched promptly after we have received, inspected and accepted your return item(s). Refunds will normally be received within 10 days of receipt, inspection and acceptance of returned item(s).This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
